When you are ready to buy a home, let me know what you are looking for and I’ll start watching for just the right property. I’ll email you all new listings that might interest you as soon as they hit the market. And you can also sign up for Daily Hot Listings on my Property Search page and check for them yourself.

If you need financing, I’ll help you get pre-approved with a lender early in the process. That way you’ll be sure you are looking in the right price range and you’ll be ready to go when you find the right house.

I’ll work with you through the entire process: from pre-approval to looking for homes, writing the offer, getting home inspections, repairs, appraisals, negotiations, all the way to the closing which I will attend with you.

I WILL listen to what you want and not waste your time with properties that don't meet your needs. And I WILL return your calls and emails promptly through the entire process.
